Sounds like that would be a market sensitive piece of information, and would not have been passed on over the phone, to anyone. Should this be true though, sounds like they are saying, (Oh, well, plan 'A' didn't work, so now we can all walk away, no one will be any the wiser, and we come up smelling like roses), and the S.P. tanks to below .5cents. Sounds like a good plan to me.
No first tranche, no deal, sure that anyone that bought at open or above on the 11th will be thrilled to hear that.
