I don't remember reading that an announcement was due, just that the Montsant due diligence was due to be completed by about that time.
And it is 1 April + 28, not 1 May, as I put in my previous post.
But you'd think they'd announce one way or another what happened. And from the SP moves today, it doesn't look especially good.
