"Seeing the stock is in suspension doesn't really matter what is said as long as it is part of the draft ann that they are thinking of releasing. Will not affect the market and trading of the stock."


If this deal doesn't go through, there won't be a problem then, when they relist it will open at 4.3cents again, and move up to a close of 10cents, wonderful outcome.
