we know that hpv causes cancer,we have a vaccine that prevents this infection. how can you then say we don't know if it will be effective? take away the cause and what happens?

your anecdote is just that. one case of anaphylaxis(??),known risk vs known benefits imo.what was the outcome? rapid treatment and full recovery I would assume.
