PI Submissions into ASIC have reached 462.
Still going through these, some very interesting and a lot of analogical interest to Octaviar fate.

Next dates on CA are 30 April & 14th May on these matters:
(22/4 Judgement) THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

1. The balance of the two subpoenas issued to The Proper Officer of the Australian Investments and Securities Commission on 17 February 2014 be stood over until 9:30 am on Wednesday 14 May 2014.

2. The two subpoenas issued to Maurice Noon and Colin McCloy of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, in their capacities as Receivers for the New Zealand entity OPI Pacific Finance Limited (in Receivership & Liquidation), be stood over until 9:00 am on Wednesday 30 April 2014.

Commiserations ginger3,but not for long and don't get discouraged.
PIF fraternity has seen such comings and goings and has survived many a submergence!
