As a HZN holder it's hard for me to get too excited about this. On a current share price basis it values our HZN shares at about 32.7 cents. This is about 12% less than the current share price and I think many of us felt the HZN share price was already undervalued.
It works out much better for ROC holders. Long term it may be successful but not much to get excited about in the short term for HZN holders
