    Three things to remember:

    1. No one is immune to making a big mistake, so until Mr. Farrell starts talking or is personally committing the $100M or so to fix this problem, I will reserve judgement.

    2. You may think this little problem with the FDA may have only cost the shareholders $100M. No, I think by the time the shareholders are through, QRX may very well owe shareholders $100M. Once that liability is put on the balance sheet you got negative equity of $90M

    3. Once QRX has spent their $10M and still have no drugs to sell, where oh where will QRX find the next investor to pump in more money?

    You don't seem to understand the gravity of what QRX has done. You can't sweep that away. No, QRX will be tied up with lawyers and regulators for years to come and will have no time to pursue their old business. Mr. Farrell and $10M pale in comparison to the problems and liabilities they face.
