I think no-one is buying because everyone is in shock. Both companies have suffered, to put it kindly, from ineffective management, this move would constitute very astute management if they get away with it.

Dampier management have run the company into the ground, but the Plutonic Dome actual value must be worth at least 30 or 40 times the takeover bid.

There must be someone pulling the strings from behind the scenes.
