What is the key to this announcement is that soon we will be told that Zijin has advanced the $13m and proceeding with conversion of the bond.

This may not necessarily mean that the Mining Licence is officially registered as yet. But most likely the Minister has given her assurance to Zijin and the ok to proceed. There will be a big song and dance at the Minister's office any day I suspect. Should counter current platinum industry upheaval.
