Range shareholders would spit s..t if their board tried to T/O CTR. Range board is not flavour of the month for them and still has Pete on as a director, but no longer CEO.
In their quarterly they still claim 32% (direct and indirect) interest in LAR. That means they still claim 'ownership' of the 100m CTR shares.
