I have made my submission in good faith and if I am called I will put my case. I have health problems and I am unable to chase people up in Canberra. Also I lack finances to stretch myself any further. I am endeavouring to accumulate as many CDU as I can while the good times last for CDU buyers.

If this fails, I will make a case to ICAC to deal with the NSW ends.

I had email contact with N.. a couple of months ago and he told me that he was pursuing the case extremely hard from his end and that I could relax on the matter and that he would do the hard yards necessary at this time. I am sure he will be working hard for the CDU cause.

Other CDU shareholders have made comprehensive submissions. Perhaps, one of them may post an up-date from their perspective on the matter.
