I'm more than happy to share what I learn . I'm a bit of a technology/efficiency nerd anyway .

It's going to take a couple of years . Particularly from a performance perspective .

And that's the thing that I haven't been able to really find so far . The real world evidence . I quite often ask people about the details of the performance of their house and I'm surprised how little they know about it .

I've recently come across a builder who's focus is practical green design principles . I was particularly impressed with his knowledge . He's the first guy that I've come across that knew more than me ( and that's not a lot ) about these topics.

Anyway , when I've built up a decent amount of data , I'll post it for sure .

Are you using a grey water / black water system for your new build ? I'd be interested to know what type you're going with .
