I've been trying to research it HLL and I cant find a single broker that allows you to do it online.
The best I've got is that you can ring up and do it over the phone of course by the time you do that the institutions have already placed their orders on the chi-x in front of you.
One of the big online brokers told me that they have no intention either of doing chi-x online in the near future as the volume isn't there.
