But even your own post suggests that I have a plausible opinion.

You say "the BBros have a history of making deals on the Courtroom steps", yes they do when they know they cant win or it suits them.

You say "we all know they want the whole thing", yes they do and they wanted it from the getgo by defrauding AGS out of 75%, M&D C Claim (as yet unproven).

"Even if AGS thinks they have a strong case, I'm sure they would sell if the price is right" its not about thinking they have a strong case, its about knowing if they have a strong case because come July 1st its too late to pull out of the Court Action.
With regards to the price is right how can the price be right for 25%?

Moseley you and J1 and V03 have posted the opposite to me since the start of time and there is nothing wrong with that but I am going to end this post with a reply from S.J. at the last AGM.

I asked S.J. If AGS had of known the information that was withheld or that AGS was misled, deceived about, what percentage would AGS have agreed to for the BBros.

Now we all know that it probably is a rehearsed line but just maybe, just maybe its not.

I have from the start based my opinions on the little information released by the Directors. Its no skin off my nose if its all bullshit from them but just remember if it is bullshit, they are in charge of all our holdings in AGS!

If they sell out the 25% for peanuts, it will reflect on them and tell a story. imo

In saying that I haven't lost any confidence in them, yet, to bring home the bacon for all shareholders. If our case falls short in court, so be it.
