denver who is questioning where they are at with the JV's - they said to the market - we shareholders didn't make it up.

I trust they are doing the best also - but this simply smacks of absolute desperation as they are bereft of anything positive and they are hoping anything will stop the shorting.
After 8 months of saying SQUAT - this is the best they can come up with????

How can you take 8 months to say nothing except change an imminent to timely for Brazil , Peru and the ill fated 314.

The first time we heard 314 wasn't' as imminent as we hoped was when we hit the bottom - was /is that keeping we owners informed?

When we get the 1/4 out tomorrow ( see smacks of desperation today's ann) just watch the shorters smash the bejesus out of it when we show a 150 mil loss for the said 1/4

It makes me sick to the core - but how will a $1. something look because that is reality.
