Abbott learnt when he got caught out saying he would not introduce new taxes then called for a levy to pay for his PPL. He tried to call it a levy but it didn't was.
Now is avoiding the difference between a levy and a tax but suggests he is not breaking a promise because it is temporary.
Word has it that he is now considering increasing the top marginal tax rates to get around the idea of no new taxes, it will be just a temporary increase LOL
