Deed of Termination and Release


I find it weird that PDY provided Bleyer and co with a deed of termination and release when Bleyer should be obligated to provided the funding to which the shareholders agreement was agreed upon as per the announcement.

Why has PDy simply allowed Bleyer and co a release from this agreement without legal ramifications?

That is the question that needs to be asked here.

It simply does not make sense to allow someone to renege without recourse.
