    Reminiscent of a certain pledge made by a made by Monash Capital to ESI a while back, meanwhile a $500k token payment was made but never showed up on the registry, then it has surfaced that the listed office is vacant, and the Toorak house where the company was ASIC registered was recently sold. Yet still not a peep from ESI.
