A lot of people are obsessed with interest rate, fair enough if you only have one property (owner occupied) and no intentions of growing a portfolio. If you have multiple properties the structure is more important than the interest rate.
I must say it's great for consumers at the moment, the big 4 are losing their power with the growing competition.
