That CR is a joke. Do the directors think that by underwriting 300k the SP will climb above .03? Huge question mark hanging over that one.Where is the inspiring plan going forward? That is what's needed here.They may not even raise much more than the 300k which they are underwriting themselves, making a total of 600k on hand. Can't go far on that. To Doolgunna for a while...yes, to Kaz as is hopefully implied in the quarterly....no way. After that debacle in Kaz it is hard to see a queue forming to take up their entitlement while the same skipper is still at the wheel. But that's only opinion and could be proven to be wrong. With the company in such bad shape, a result at Doolgunna might be the only thing which saves it, and not a super duper new captain, if such a creature indeed exists.
