Yes indeed, but it does need to 'paid' at some point. Its these little accounting aspects that make the difference to the going concern, or not.
A business has to have cash to pay immediate debts and accounting profits that are used for almost everything else.
If we are only concerned with actual cash flow then the Mt K costs come down to about $9m, being the hard cash detriment to cash flow.
Whichever way you look at it, it is somewhat higher than the headline 2.75%, which is what most folks on HC use in their models.
Not long to wait to see how this pans out.
