Why?

They have been caught out in a major stuff up and ASX / ASIC have now had to step in.

Thats like saying that if the cop that caught me speeding was driving my car I would't have been speeding.

Now they have to clean up the mess.

By your logic ASX / ASIC should manage all the companies on the exchange and we can do away with management, who are PAID TO MAKE SURE THINGS LIKE THIS DONT HAPPEN
