Problem for the ASX is they obviously didn't
read the announcement and they let it trade,
Problem is the ASX admitted this should have not
traded, hence the trading halt 4 hours later.
Yes PDY management are at fault here don't
get me wrong but the ASX has a duty of care
for any listed company to disclose where the
money is coming from end of story especially
$6.4b from a $60m penny dreadful.
