what I take from it is:
1.There r problems with-in the JV-'need to obtain alignment on the forward program'
2.They're now-AND I MEAN RIGHT NOW - trying to bring in someone,most probably Apache.Its all just too big/expensive .
The Corporate paragraph is the really important para.
The sooner the better I think ,even though it might be at bargain basement prices.Certainly we lose the potential of a quick dramatic SP rise but $3 can then be in sight.
U3 was just such a disaster.
