I have just spoken to the company, but will not be fielding a barrage of questions ! The ASX put the company back into suspension after the release of the announcement last night and gave them a list of 25 questions it wanted answered. The company is not going to release any info to the market until all is cleared with the ASX, this process could take some time. The company will update holders before trading re commences on the market.
The issue raised in the Age re the trip to China is above board , with several companies flagging interest of Pdy and requesting talks.
They are restricted in what they can say in regards the deal being terminated .
The company is hoping to arrange a media interview on the Paul Murray show on 6 pr perth radio this afternoon, so if anyone is privy to that it may be worth a listen
There may be a few more twists in this tale yet ?
