    you/we need to go for the ASX's throat

    ASX's actions have shown they allowed an announcement to go thru which was inadequate according to their own criteria

    plus ASX has plenty of cash for the payout

    forget ASIC. they would just protect the ASX

    the ASX in the High Court would be great
