I don't believe it, I hope for most peoples sake it does...theoretically speaking, what if something good comes of all this crap with the Chinese that we are connected too and Barnett has started talks with...people sell due to emotion and don't care what they get and go into a frivolous class action. Co announces take over, or an actual legitimate Chinese investor etc etc then who loses out.

Theoretically speaking who wins if a class action is proven (which with limited info our discussion last night showed it was not possible), company goes into administration, no one gets anything and holders lose out across the board. Also remember if investors initially get a hint of the class action against Co, they will stay away like the plague and hence you are selling stock at 0.001 and even then if that?????
