I've only ever posted in relation to the Court Action, using info upto the last AGM and my opinion has always been they will go through the Courts, with that.
Since the AGM who knows and as you, J1 and VO3 suggest that they are in talks atm well, sure its plausible but a buyout of 25% with a premium would be shit compared to what 60% (40% itochu) would be worth. But if its a case of take what you can get, so be it.
At the end of the day its up to the Directors and as you say projects are sold all the time but theres legal action pending here and AGS claim they were defrauded out of 75%.
Assuming both Parties have the best available Legal teams then I'm sure both Legal teams know the validity of the Claims.
I don't believe AGS should accept the value of 25% with a premium if AGS's case is winnable. imo
If the Court Action starts and runs its full course, then there is no negotiation, no turning back. imo
