    bluesmoke,

I have been hearing for a while now that the interest in LNG has been growing by the day in the U.S.

There would have been many sitting on the sidelines waiting to make their move on this FERC application being submitted.

LNG has previously raised reasonable amounts of money at 20c and then again at 30c.

Now we have another capital raising happening anywhere between 55c and 60c in my opinion.

It has to be at these levels because a week ago on the 22nd of April we trading at 58c.

So take for granted that discussions have been going on for at least a week then it has to be done at that price.

Very rarely do companies place stock at a premium.

Because we are now dealing with the big boys over in the U.S it would make sense that they would want a big slice of the LNG pie.

They will get that slice by becoming major shareholders.

So my estimate is anywhere between 75 and 100 million shares being issued.

That would mean between 40 and 50 million dollars being raised.

That amount of money would appease the tolling partners and also the demand for stock wanted in America by some very influential institutions.

I cannot see anything less then that to be honest.

As I said in an earlier post LNG is now entering a new league. Anything less seems insufficient.

With all due respect, the amounts of money you guys are suggesting just seems to me to be to inadequate for what we are dealing with here.

It's a multi billion dollar industry that LNG is involved with.

Start thinking along those lines and it will all make sense.

    Cheers.
