Come off the grass. It's not hard to draw a parallel between the recent moves of the Nasdaq which you conveniently ignore.
The NASDAQ fell a whopping 2.35% on Friday night in the USA.
Don't worry about the China phenomenon. It really only affects resources and China demand is strongly tied to the US consumer or at least that's the opinion of mainstream analysts.
The Australian market is weak and flawed and considered fully priced by most international funds. I forge the figure but around 23% of our shares are owned by foreign investors and any dumping from offshore, as TLS has found, has a big effect when buyers are thin on the ground.
