I do not dispute any of this, I simply do not think the stock will open above 30c if they raise capital for the new entity at 20c.
Despite us all being believers in management and these assets, the reality is that coal is unpopular right now so there is unlikely to be a whole lot of 'dumb money' chasing Kuro when it lists.
