    Hi vistica,

WHARF sure did pick it up and were denounced for their stand on the issues. I cant understand why everyone are saying they are the bad guys. WHY.???? They took a stand and fought tooth and nail but did not deserve what they got. So who do you and everyone else think are the bad guys.???

Its in plain ENGLISH in the latest report from the board in the quarterly and WHARF played no part in the fault of tha plant or the well not performing. Design , construction, procurement of plant items was all done by others, NOT WHARF.

We know they were obstinant as we as SHERs experienced and it was no different to WHARFs issue. The formers attitude SUCKS.

WHARF as you know them and if you researched them properly, do not show up as the run of the mill company led by a few over the top cronies but at least all the way through the EP 389 JV, they coughed up all the cash needed until such time that they refused to pay more until they got satisfactory answers to their dispute.

No way were they to be told by the bully boys of mind your own business land and go stick your head in the sand attitude from you know who. We were the same when we asked questions, just ask the boys who met with the board and threatened with instant litigation. We all know how that ended up and where it went. The attitude was the same.

Personally, most may not agree but WHARF brought this to everyones attention but it went by the wayside and look how they were treated. On past events before WHARF stirred the pot on design and the right to see tenders issued, CM and Wharf already had a spat over another issue that left bad blood between them and no wonder the dispute was handled badly by both parties. I don't know exactly what part ERM played in this.

With the cash problem at hand and it seems EGO wont have enough for the quarter, I think that it is best this current litigation is settled and WHARF to rejoin the JV. With what they owe for the plant and repaid back to ERM and EGO plus other expenditure occurred in the meantime to now, would be a godsend and more than enough to albeit keep the quarter in balance.

WHARF want still to be in and are persistant to pursue the litigation to get in, therefore must be prepared to pay the full amount owing it seems.

No one can blame WHARF for the demise of the state of affairs with the plant not producing properly or the well issues. This was all out of their control and had no part in it and had paid for most until they were kicked in the but and told to pee off.

To blame WHARF is ludicrous as they only stood up for their rights no different than SHERs were and look what happened on many fronts. The board had a big wall in front of themselves defending themselves and a lack of communication with many parties as we know, no different than the headmaster wielding the cane and says he is the law.

Sorry but this is my researched opinion speaking.
