Get an organisation in place with a spokesperson before they come out of suspension at least. Get facebook and twitter accounts setup. Then get in contact with all the media across the country TV, radio and print and let them know the organisation details so when it does come out of suspension they will mention the shareholder organisation in the article. That is free advertising and may also collect other holders.
