what i find confusing is the timing of all this.
placement .008 when sp was .005
the 10mil loan debt facility
then the receipt of the further placement after the sp was .013-4
all parties would have been in the know of the euro loan, due to how long these things take to get in place.
without the euro deal the sp would have been south of .005!!!
just sayin.
