    Where I'm coming from is very early in the risk analysis. Basically, if you lose all your money then you are out of the game. So, regardless of anything else, if you put 10% of your capital at risk on each trade then if you get 10 trades wrong in a row you are wiped out.

    Note very carefully that I am talking about how much you have at risk not how much you place on the trade.

    I touched on this last week when looking at nickoo's (or was it crashy?) trade on something. He basically said that when he does an option trade it is "all or nothing" Which means that he is willing to lose the entire stake. If he was putting 10% of his fortune on the line then it would only take 10 losses in a row to wipe him out.
