Just a thought, perhaps another reason for drilling now is that AGS is paying 25% of drilling costs (albeit under protest).
Also any money spent by HG pre court determination could be recoverable if it happened to lose the case, while after court case or if buyout does occur HG will be up for all drilling costs.
