The answers PDY supplied to the exchange are a total disgrace. But its the sort of nonsense they would come out with. Its all either:

1) "we thought we could raise the money..."
2) "we thought they could raise the money..."
3) "nobody told us..."

And the laughable, "we'll do some training to make sure we comply". Its a gisgrace that you need more training to be a postman or a taxi driver than you do a company director.
