You should be reading this as an ASX announcement but that would be wishful thinking as we hold our breath waiting for the overdue 2013 annual report, the 2014 half year report and and the 2013 AGM.
Unable to contact PPN by phone, we found that PPN changed its registered address on 19 March 2014 but didn't notify ASIC until 16 April 2014.
As far as I know the ASX hasn't been notified by the company secretary who still appears to be "asleep as the wheel" [Refer VCAT hearing].
On further inquiry, and the payment of a $12 fee, we found out that the new registered address is as follows:
