    jayson1: I can answer your question very easily: The market is ALWAYS RIGHT/CORRECT over time!
    (Short term - normally not too big - deviations excluded, of course).
    Very simply put, the AGS shareprice could simply NOT be held down in the 20c range, IF a LOT of people would be willing to pay 30c tomorrow - resp. next week. JIMHO, of course.
