there is only one "true" reality
all else are perceptions of reality
sleeping state and waking state are states of the mind, both are perceptions, both are sleeping states to true reality.
they co exist yet they dont truly exist.
all perceptions of reality are the minds projections of reality, true reality can not be perceived.

go beyond the mind without fear to find the truth.
even searching or finding something is aspects of the mind, so are experiences, felling, senses, imagination, memory all are of the mind. go beyond...
ask in truth, continue asking, until you know, knowing is enough.

searching, seeking is a good start but even they are the very things holding you back from knowing, just be, just listen, just except, be truthful to yourself ask "WHO AM I"
dont try to rationalize or perceive, just be it.

one step at a time, each step just as important as the last, eliminate the perception of time which creates frustration and anticipation, again aspects of the mind.

truth is that you already know, its getting to "knowing" that you know and all else will fall into place, have trust in your question who am i.

dont emphasis to much on searching, what your searching can not be found, how can you find something you never lost.
the very act of searching is a perception that something has been lost, it hasnt, you "ARE" already.

forget past, forget future which are aspects of the mind and just be present, this moment cherish it, being will be felt and then knowing will come......
