Follow up on gold chart which appears to be potentially putting in a near term reversal higher.
Back up to above 1305 this morning following that sharp rise on Friday. Hopefully it holds because gold is now back above 200DMA, 30DMA and has broken the down trend line drawn on the Mch peak and April high. 50DMA is next target at around $1317.
This has at the least neutralised the shorter term negative bias. A close above the 50DMA will be more bullish.
Strong tails despite falling below the April low on multiple occasions indicate good support in the expected zone of support shown. Let's hope we are in for a more sustained rally.
