"IFC's Expected Role and Additionality
(i) IFC will work with Crusader's management to strengthen the Company's in-house environmental and social policies and procedures. (ii) IFC's engagement will provide a stamp of approval and help attract investors as the Project moves closer to development. and (iii) IFC will be providing early risk capital at this early stage of project development when it is difficult for juniors to raise funding from the capital markets."

So IFC is also proposing to provide risk capital to underpin the development stage of the Borborema gold project!
