Lets just work through this step by step.

So say you want to buy an MBE game or product in Australia. If you are with Telstra, Vodafone or Optusnet you can use Convey DCB.

So say you want to buy MBE game or product in USA. You can't use Convey DCB because they do not have an arrangement with the carrier BUT Syniverse do.

So MBE can advertise their products anywhere, on any website using their Purchasing Desk IP to do exactly what they are doing in AUS and if the customer is with one of Syniverse Carriers they can pay with DCB???
