Comment set me doing some research and reading your comments since 2009 are interesting as it relates to property.

Your comment re the raising of tax thresholds was correct and negative gearing being little use to the lower paid.

However your prognostications re a fall in price of realestate made you a waiter and I hope you did end up buying as prices have risen as opposed to what you anticipated. Seems like what was written by a waiter back then is a repeat of what is being written by the bears here and oh so wrong.
