I have not got the time to waist replying to every point you have rasied or trying to open someones closed mind but here are several points

First of no body is saying Saddam is a nice bloke but there are a dozen dictators at least if not worse were is the military action on these.

You raised the issue of Iran

A war that was back and encouraged by the US due to the fear of Irans radical views spearding through the whole region. Yes there were attrocities commited by Iraq especially with chemical weapons, weapons that were either supplied, used or developed with assitance of the US and was nearly 15 years ago.

Yes they attacked Kuwait over disputes of boarders and associated oil rights and Kuwait going back on prior deals with Iraq in relation to support for Iraq against Iran. Again something that happened over 10 years ago and Iraq has been paying for it since.


Yes Iraq launched scuds at Israel while under attack by the US as we have covered before - Israel had prior launched attacks against Iraq, suppoerted Iran in the Iraq Iran war (US hedging its bets) and Israel id seen as a defacto state of the US.

Thes US you raised has neclear weapons but did not use them against the Soviets during the cold war nor in Viet Nam. Probably becasue the Soviets had just as many weapons that could have been unleashed onto the US.

This did not stop the US using depleted uranium sheel in Iraq though.

No I would not say Isarel is as bad as Saddam but they are not innocent either yes there is a lot the Palestinians could have done to further peace there is also a lot Israel could be doing.

Yes I agree Israel in the past was attacked and defended it self the key word though is past and does not justify many of its actions now.
