Ainsley, that's my point - coal stocks globally have been hit hard the past 2-3 years. Atrum is very different, but you need to understand that markets sometimes punish everything within a sector indicriminantly.
Like I said, the negativity towards coal in general is the only reason that ATU is not at $3 already.
As for dilution DWJD, I'm not sure what you are confused about. We are getting 1 for 4 in the new entity. We are also raising capital in an IPO for this entity, so our ownership in the assets is being diluted by the IPO. It is beneficial to us to raise as much capital for as little dilution as possible - that is, to sell stock in the new entity at as high a price as possible.
As for being irate, I am not at all. It actually makes me laugh how little idea some people on this thread have, yet how strongly they voice their ridiculous opinions. It is not only misleading to others on the thread but makes them look like complete fools.
