Oh well, its been a fairly predictable ride but I'm out- to protect my profit. Most would say thats nuts pre test mine phase but quite frankly I see no houses buying anymore (in size) and a broken chart. I'm well aware of the upside arguments but there's no heat on this puppy and plenty of price risk. I think a one cent movement up or down is a boring bet and that's the likely scenario for now imo.
