Just add a contrast to the prevailing opinion... Perhaps they got the rig working again performed a flow test and the gas flowed at stronger rate or the logs when run have turned up something quite +ive...maybe ... I know this is unlikely but it is a possibility and should not be dismissed completely. Perhaps they may have confirmed the Helium content ... but I doubt a TH would be req for that.
Seems after the initial gas discovery and Rig failed ann on 15th April rally the stock suddenly traded sideways on the 17 Apr for a few days till the 24th then started to fall so news of Rig was out before the sellers materialised... So on the surface nothing untoward but we will need to see what the news actually is ... I guess.
My guess is that the rig is damaged and unusable and now need to wait for new rig to complete or delay for spare parts to fix it...
I doubt they would abandon the hole before running a full suit of tests it has cost the a pretty penny to get his far the hole is drilled just need the logs.
