its unfortunately a number of factors

They need $$$
they need approvals
they need a JV investor
they need the LP to get on board
they need coal to double in price
they need $$$

The good part is if you can hang out another 2 years this will be a winner.

What I do is stick my head in the sand and pretend Im not a holder of this dog and avoid looking at the SP
That being said if you've got some spare baht laying around you wont need for the duration? buy some more when it gets to .5c
