Responsibilities include:
• Maintenance of statutory registers and the supervision of ASIC/ASX lodgments, annual returns and requisite forms
• Act as Company liaison for the Company’s share register as they relate to the dividend and Share Investment Plans, Employee Share Plan and Executive Shares
• Coordinate the preparation of the Company’s Annual Report to shareholders
• Work with our growing team to Project Manage our General and Annual General Meetings
